Chris, Head of Operations, has been with us for over four years – with a keen interest in customer success and product development; he is excited by all things SaaS (software as a service). You’ll usually catch Chris playing tennis or sampling fine whiskies (but not at the same time!). At heart, a big geek with a love for technology and process.

Chris is our Head of Sales and leads both the new business and renewals team here at Contracts Advance. Chris has a wealth of experience in business development and marketing and prior to joining us used to tender himself to supply leading universities, research institutes and manufacturers with the latest robotics solutions. Having sat on the other side of the fence he understands the problems with finding tenders on public sector procurement portals.

Sofia is our Relationship and Renewals Manager. Helping our clients win more public sector work through consulting them on how to qualify opportunities and pre-bid engage, and also educate them on how to maximise on the data and functionalities available through Contracts Advance. She also heads up the renewals team, and thus, a big part of her role is to build and maintain relationships with our clients, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high retention rate for the business.

Tim is one of our dedicated Contracts Advance Business Development Managers who develops and grows our national client base across all sectors. Tim joined the business starting in a lead generation role following a history within hospitality management. He has quickly become a proven part of the business development team and continues to support business growth.

Francis is our Senior Business Development Manager helping to grow our national client base across all sectors. Francis joined us in 2015 with a wealth of business development and marketing experience, having held a number of sales and account development positions, across a diverse range of sectors.

Dom joined Contracts Advance in January of 2018 as a Business Development Manager, having held several similar roles within IT, Telecoms & Estate Agency. Dom enjoys working with his clients to understand their needs and propose the best possible solution to help their business in a friendly, professional manner. Since joining us he has quickly become an important member of the team, supporting growth and development.

Jake is one of our dedicated Contracts Advance Business Development Managers who develops and grows our national client base across all sectors. Jake joins us with a wealth of account management experience and has worked with companies of all sizes.

With customer service at the forefront of Owen’s role, he works with our clients to ensure they are receiving the best service possible. Owen also works within our renewals team to seamlessly transition our clients through their subscriptions. Catch him coasting the roads on his bike but don’t get him talking about football (especially because he’s an Everton fan).

Luke joined us in a data administration role in the Summer of 2014. After spending his summers in between university working at Contracts Advance; he eventually re-joined in a Client Services Role upon graduating. Luke enjoys cricket, golf and the Friday night beers with the rest of the team.
