Leveraging Quality Accreditations

A lot of contracts require the supplier to hold or gain quality accreditations such as ISO 9002, 14001 or others. Sometimes this accreditation is held by the contract, sometimes by the wider business.

Some businesses or contracts adopt the full systems behind the accreditations and they become a core part of the overall contract processes. For others it’s simply seen as a required badge and once it has been gained the paperwork goes onto a shelf and is only pulled out when its time for an audit. Often the person or team in charge of keeping the systems and paperwork in place face a difficult task getting traction with the day to day operational teams.

At 7House we have worked with businesses at both ends of the scale – as well as others in the middle ground, and we take an agnostic view of the systems and
accreditations themselves.
