For the last 12 months, we’ve been working tirelessly behind 
the scenes to strengthen Contracts Advance’s position as the best on the market.

Developed in close consultation with our customers and their 
invaluable feedback, our new UI update will make Contracts 
Advance more intuitive, more powerful and faster than ever, 
making it even easier to find the best government contracts for your business.

How will migration work?

Contracts Advance customers will be able to move over to the
new UI from 1st October.

Migrating your data is seamless and straightforward and in most cases should only take a few minutes. To minimise disruption, you will have
the freedom to schedule this at a time that is convenient to you
and fits in with your workday.

We pride ourselves on working with our customers to capture and implement feedback, so time will be given to capture valuable feedback from the early adopters who choose to migrate across. Once this initial period has passed and feedback has been collated and implemented, all remaining customers will be automatically migrated across in early 2025. The date for this will be communicated to all customers via email.

 

We’re confident that the new user interface will be intuitive 
and easy to use for all of our customers, but for those who 
want additional help mastering and getting the most out of 
it, we’ll be holding weekly masterclasses during October, November and December.

Our dedicated team will be on hand throughout to support 
you with any queries. If you have any questions, please don’t 
hesitate to reach out to your Account Manager and we’ll be 
happy to assist you. We will also be opening a brand-new 
comprehensive support centre to help with any questions 
or guidance you might need.

Frequently asked questions.

When can I start using the new UI?

From 1st October 2024, customers can choose to migrate to the new UI.

Can I switch back to the old new once I’ve switched?

Once you’ve moved across to the new UI, it will not be possible to move back.

What training will be provided to help me navigate the new UI?

We will be running weekly masterclasses open to all customers during the rollout. As well as this, our support centre is being completely overhauled to make it even easier to learn as you go. Our online chat will also be available as always and, of course, your Account Manager will be happy to answer any questions you have at any time.

Do all users on my licence get migrated at the same time?

When you migrate to the new UI, all users on your licence will be migrated at the same time.

Will I need to pay any extra to access the new UI?

No, you won’t be charged any additional charges for the remainder of your subscription to access the new UI. Our pricing will, however, be increasing as part of our standard annual pricing review, which will be transparently communicated to you prior to your renewal.

Will there be any changes to the data I receive?
No. All of your Saved Searches will be migrated to Profiles and you will continue to receive email notifications.
